T-Shirts and Tank Tops run SMALL. PLEASE refer to the size chart before placing your order. We sell T-Shirts and Tank Tops which are sized differently.

*METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account. PayPal will ask if you have an account or not. At that time you can either pay with credit card or log in to PayPal.

*DELIVERY TIME
Our orders usually ship within 48 hours. Some of our orders may take longer depending on the demand of that specific item. If we are out of stock please contact us via email.

*DONATIONS
We are so excited about our "I was adopted!" t-shirt! $1 from your purchase of this great t-shirt will go to a non-profit animal rescue organization of your choice. Please specify where you would like your donation to go in the memo portion of PayPal. If you don't have a favorite organization in mind, we will pick one of our favorites for you!

*RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand by our products 100%. If you have an issue, please let us know. We'll do whatever it takes to make it right.
Please refer to our size charts to make sure you don't make the mistake of ordering the wrong size. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible.
Our T-Shirts and Tank Tops run SMALL.
If you need to return or exchange your pet's T-Shirt or Tank Top, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any products that have been used, or is not in its original new condition.
In the case of a return, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price. However, the refund will not include the shipping and handling costs.
Please include a note with return or exchange written on it. If you would like to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the product for.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
